SHIPPING

All orders shipped via USPS or Media Mail will ship out the next day.

All orders shipped via UPS and placed before 3:00 p.m. (ET) will ship out the same day.

All orders shipping to Canada must be placed by calling: 1-800-777-0305.

RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging – unopened, undamaged – within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. Stream online products will not be refunded. All returned products will be subject to a processing fee equal to 20% of the item price.

LOYALTY DISCOUNT

To receive your loyalty discount, sign in to your account/your organization’s account, or create a new account before purchasing. Your loyalty discount will automatically kick in as soon as you reach $500 or more in purchase history.

Loyalty discounts are as follows:

Associate ($500 in current purchase history) = 10% off specially-marked products
Friend ($1500 in current purchase history) = 15% off specially-marked products
Partner ($2500 in current purchase history) = 25% off specially-marked products

Terms:

  • Loyalty discount pricing only applies to products that are specially marked (all DVD sets, books and workbooks). Discounts do not apply to products such as streaming videos, graduation materials, posters and others.
  • Loyalty discount does not apply to newly released products.
  • Any purchases that do not qualify for a loyalty discount still count toward your purchase history.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be paired with other discounts or sale items. In these cases, the highest discount will be applied.
  • “Purchase history” only includes past purchases.
  • If you create a new account, your purchase history will begin at $0.00. If any purchase is made outside of your existing account, we will assume you wish to donate any proceeds paid above loyalty pricing to provide ministry materials to men and women in prisons.
