Goal Plan 1 is the most detailed. It can be useful for those who struggle with direction and follow-through or for those who need more guidance in solidifying their goals.
Goal Plan 2 can be used to set goals specifically related to the body, mind, sin nature, soul/spirit and identity.
Goal Plan 3 is the most open-ended. It can be useful for those who already have a clear idea of their goals or who like to be more independent in the planning process.
