In this powerful, interactive program, men are invited into a transformational journey of spiritual growth, character development, and authentic identity. In conjunction with the HONOR video series, the HONOR Manual guides participants through practical lessons that challenge them to live with integrity in every area of life—relationships, leadership, sexuality, decision-making, and personal responsibility.

Through Scripture, reflective exercises, real-life applications, and accountability discussions, HONOR helps men:
- Embrace suffering as a pathway to growth
- Exchange shame for God’s grace
- Build a personal code of honor
- Develop resilience, self-control, and courage
- Strengthen their identity in Christ
- Create a “band of brothers” for support and accountability
- Retrain destructive habits and establish life-giving patterns
Each lesson includes teaching, self-evaluation questions, weekly challenges, memory verses, and “brain training” exercises designed to help men internalize truth and apply it daily.
This series doesn’t settle for surface-level behavior change. It calls men to allow God to transform the core of who they are—moving from performance to authenticity, from illusion to integrity, and from self-reliance to dependence on God.
